2. Communication

Customers contact RAKT through Telegram. All operational instructions relating to your transaction will be provided by the RAKT team through this channel.

3. Onboarding

Access to the RAKT service requires completion of the required onboarding process, including verification of identity and bank account information.

4. Orders and Settlement

OTC orders are created by the RAKT team based on your request. After payment is received and verified, USDT is settled to the personal crypto wallet you provide.

5. Risk

Crypto asset transactions carry risk. Please ensure you understand these risks before initiating a transaction.
